Payment

Eloria™ accepts online payments via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, PayPal, and ApplePay.

Payments will only be debited from your account once the physical product is shipped.
We do not charge card fees.

Pre-orders

For pre-orders, payment will be debited from your account before the physical product is shipped.
This helps streamline the process of funding production and shipping the goods via express delivery to the nearest warehouse.
It ensures that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Cancellation & Modification of Your Order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order before receiving your package, it may be possible if you contact us quickly.
However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation or modification can be processed, as it depends on whether the order has already been packed in our warehouse.

We typically pack orders within one hour of purchase, so we are rarely able to modify or cancel an order after that point.
Please consider your purchase carefully to ensure you have selected the correct products and avoid any regrets immediately after ordering.

If the order has already been packed and you still wish to cancel, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Reservation of Funds

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.
The funds are reserved on your card or account until:

  • We debit the amount when we ship the product, or
  • The funds are released according to your card issuer's agreement.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is:

  • Delivery time: 4–9 business days

Eloria™ will ship your package from our warehouse closest to your location.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home or chosen parcel shop.

Try the product for a full 100 days following our recommended usage instructions.
If you don’t see visible results, you may be eligible for a full refund.

To qualify for the guarantee:

  1. You must use the product consistently for 100 days as instructed.
  2. Refund requests can be made after the 100th day of receiving the product but no later than 120 days after receiving the product.
  3. You may be asked to provide supporting evidence such as before-and-after photos or a usage log.

Our guarantee is designed to give you the time and opportunity to truly test the product.

Returns

If you regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you are covered by the right of withdrawal and are entitled to a refund.
No proof of results is required.

You are responsible for handling the return shipment yourself, including covering all return costs.
You must arrange the return with your preferred shipping provider.
Please ensure the package is sent directly to one of Eloria™’s approved warehouse addresses. Contact us for the correct return address.

To help us identify your return, please print and include the Standard Withdrawal Form inside the package.
You can request this form by emailing us at support@eloria.com.

Once we have received your return and confirmed that all items are included, we will refund the full amount you paid.
The refund will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you provide documentation confirming that the item has been sent back.

We only accept return packages sent directly to our warehouse.
Returns delivered to parcel shops or collection points will not be accepted.
Please reach out to us at support@eloria.com to receive the correct return address and instructions before returning your item.

Returned to Sender (RTS)

Orders that are returned to our warehouse due to delivery failure are considered Returned to Sender (RTS).
This may occur if the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or if the courier is unable to complete the delivery after multiple attempts.

We encourage customers to carefully review their shipping information at checkout to avoid any delivery issues.

What Happens When an Order is RTS

  • If an order is returned due to customer error such as an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to respond to courier notifications, it is not eligible for a refund.
  • Once the returned item is successfully received at our warehouse, we can arrange a reshipment at the customer’s expense using updated shipping details.
  • If the returned item cannot be recovered, for example, if it is discarded or destroyed by the courier, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Additional Information

  • Returned packages may be held by the local courier for 1–2 days before being sent back to the warehouse or discarded.
  • A refund will only be considered if the order remains undelivered and no return or redelivery is confirmed within 60 days.
  • Refunds will not be issued for RTS orders resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as customer inaccessibility, incorrect shipping details, or courier disposal.

Refund Requests for Lost or Missing Parcels

For refund requests relating to lost or missing parcels, including cases where tracking shows “Delivered” but the item was not received, customers must provide a Certificate of Loss or equivalent written confirmation issued by the shipping carrier.

  1. The document must clearly reference the tracking number and confirm that the parcel is lost or missing.
  2. Refunds may be delayed or denied if the required document is not submitted within 14 days of your request.

This requirement does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on all of Eloria™’s products.
The warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

If your claim is justified, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive online store credit, or get a discount, depending on the specific situation.

Complaints regarding defects must be reported to Eloria™ within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
Two months is considered a reasonable time.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs if the complaint is justified.
The item must always be returned in proper packaging.
Eloria™ covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
